These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by Nordic Bus (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our bus services, you (“user,” “passenger,” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

Service Animal Policy

Nordic Bus is committed to providing safe and accessible transportation for all passengers. We welcome customers travelling with trained service animals and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them.Because Nordic Bus operates shuttle-style and minibus vehicles with limited floor space, advance notice is required so we can safely plan seating and space.

Service Animals Welcome

Trained service animals accompanying a passenger with a disability are permitted to travel on Nordic Bus at no additional charge.A service animal is an animal individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability.Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals unless approved in advance.

Advance Notice Required (Minimum 48 Hours)

Passengers travelling with a service animal must contact Nordic Bus at least 48 hours before departure.

This allows us to:  
•    Arrange appropriate seating  
•    Ensure safe space on our smaller vehicles    
•    Confirm availabilityBookings without advance notice may not be accommodated if space is limited.

Documentation & Travel Permit

Passengers may be asked to provide documentation confirming the animal is a trained service animal (such as ID card, training confirmation, or medical verification where applicable).

Once approved, Nordic Bus will issue a Service Animal Travel Permit.This permit must be shown to the driver when boarding.

On-Board Requirements

For the safety and comfort of all passengers:
•    Service animals must remain leashed, harnessed, or under control at all times  
•    Animal must stay on the floor beside the passenger  
•    Animals may not occupy passenger seats    
•    Animals must not block aisles or exits    
•    Animal must be clean, calm, and non-aggressive  
•    Passenger is responsible for supervision and cleanup

If an animal becomes disruptive or creates a safety concern, Nordic Bus may refuse or discontinue transport.

Space & Operational Limits

Nordic Bus operates smaller vehicles compared to full-size coaches.Large service animals may require specific seating arrangements.

We reserve the right to:  
 •    Adjust seating assignments  
 •    Move bookings to another departure when needed  
 •    Decline travel if safety requirements cannot be met

Pet Policy

Small pets allowed on trip, must be in carrier with you. Please review pet policy.

Pets Policy We have a policy that only small pets in carriers are allowed. Your pet must stay inside its carrier while in your possession and you should keep it on your lap. To comply with our regulations, the maximum size of the carrier should be 17.5 inches in length, 12 inches in width, and 12 inches in height, or 44cm x 30cm x 30cm. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet, as space may be limited. ** If you have a service dog, it is essential to contact our customer service to confirm that there is space available for your dog. As a shuttle company using minibuses, we have limited space in our vehicles, and you may need to book additional seats to accommodate your service dog.

Maple Bus Transportation is the licensed operating carrier for all services.

Nordic Bus is a transportation brand operated by Maple Bus Transportation.Vehicles may be branded as Maple Bus or Nordic Bus depending on scheduling, fleet availability, and route operations.

All trips booked through either brand are:
   •    Operated under the same ownership and management
   •    Covered by the same insurance and safety standards
   •    Served by the same drivers, fleet, and dispatch team
This ensures a consistent level of safety, service quality, and compliance across all operations.

This policy applies to all services operated by Maple Bus, including vehicles branded as Nordic Bus.

Nordic Bus is a transportation brand operated by Maple Bus.

Together, Maple Bus and Nordic Bus provide scheduled shuttle and charter services across Ontario using a shared fleet, team, and management.

While customers may book through either Maple Bus or Nordic Bus, all trips are operated under the same ownership and operating authority. Vehicles may display Maple Bus or Nordic Bus branding depending on dispatch and availability.
